Ceo Marcus Jentsch leaves Green City AG
Marcus Jentsch will resign from the Executive Board of Green City AG on 22 January 2021 at his own request in order to take on a new professional challenge. The termination of the executive mandate shall be carried out by mutual agreement. The Finance Department will be headed by Frank Wolf (CEO Portfolio Management) on an interim basis until further notice.
The Supervisory Board of Green City AG regrets the decision of Marcus Jentsch, thanks him for the very good work and the excellent cooperation. “We met Marcus Jentsch as a proven energy and finance expert who has given important impetus to the company within a short period of time and has always been committed to the well-being of Green City AG. We wish Marcus Jentsch all the best for his professional and private future and continue to have every success,” said Matthias Altmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
