Changes in the Management Board of Green City AG

Munich, October 29, 2021 – Green City AG is restructuring its management level. On November 1, 2021, Frank Wolf will leave the Management Board of Green City AG by mutual agreement after more than 9 years. Heike von der Heyden was appointed by the Supervisory Board as the new Chief Financial Officer on 1 September. Together with CEO Jens Mühlhaus, she will lead the company’s business as a dual leader in the future.

Frank Wolf has been a member of the Management Board of Green City AG since 2012. During this time, he has made a significant contribution to the growth and professionalization of the company. Most recently, he was responsible for portfolio management and financial sales. Both departments will be transferred to Jens Mühlhaus, Spokesman of the Board of Management and Head of Operations, on 1 November. Heike von der Heyden has been with Green City AG since 2019 and was responsible for transactions and project financing before joining the Management Board. She had already taken over the office of Chief Financial Officer in September.

Management Board and Supervisory Board thank Frank Wolf for the long-standing, trusting cooperation “We are very grateful to Frank Wolf for his many years of successful commitment to the company. He has helped to build up and finance an extensive power plant portfolio. He played a key role in shaping Green City AG’s positioning as a medium-sized project developer for renewable energies in Europe in the mid-size segment,” says Matthias Altmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
